About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced *E-commerce Executive* who can take complete ownership of our marketplace business. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing our presence across *Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit*, and other online marketplaces while driving sales, optimizing listings, and improving overall marketplace performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end operations for Amazon, Flipkart & Blinkit.
* Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, A+ Content).
* Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit Ads).
* Monitor sales performance and improve ROAS.
* Handle inventory planning and stock coordination.
* Manage pricing, offers, coupons and promotional campaigns.
* Monitor customer reviews, ratings and Q&A; improve seller performance.
* Track marketplace KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
* Coordinate with internal teams for product launches and campaigns.
* Identify new growth opportunities across marketplaces.

Requirements

* 2–3 years of hands-on marketplace experience.
* Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub & Blinkit Seller Portal.
* Experience running marketplace paid advertising.
* Understanding of inventory management and order operations.
* Analytical mindset with Excel reporting skills.
* Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in FMCG/Food & Beverage/D2C brands will be preferred.
