How to brew:
- Fit paper filter in the conical dripper (Use flat bottom NK 102 Filters. Buy here). Put the dripper on a cup or carafe.
- Add ~16g of coffee in the filter.
- Add ~60 ml of water to wet the grounds. Lightly mix and wait for ~30 seconds.
- Add ~60ml of water in a circular motion every 30 seconds, until you’ve added ~240 ml.
- Let the coffee drip down. After ~3 mins, remove the filter (the coffee should have largely finished dripping).
- Adjust coffee water ratio for stronger/milder brew.
